HOUSTON — Justice Willett today accepted the endorsement of the R Club, a Houston-based PAC dedicated to electing like-minded conservatives at the state and local level. Fiscal conservatives launched the PAC in 1995, with Attorney General Greg Abbott as one of its founding members. For the 2005-2006 election cycle, the club has endorsed 20 candidates and given $41,325 in contributions to 11 campaigns.
